Awake.

I woke an hour ago at four something in the god damn morning, got up and ate a slice of pound cake, drank some water, and tucked into the bed with my laptop. No light everywhere except from the screen. And I'm imagining a picture in my mind with the same scenario in ten years' time, where there will be no one as well, except myself, monologuing in to the night. I should probably go back to sleep, and see how long it's gonna leave me awake, before it finally takes me somewhere. The last day of my holiday ends up like this. Very well indeed.
